Product Availability and Delivery Timeframes

All products listed on LeoEtViolette are available for purchase subject to stock availability, with pricing valid while listed on the website. We reserve the right to limit order quantities per account. If a product is unavailable, your order may be cancelled upon request and a full refund issued if payment has already been taken.

Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated by weight and destination per DHL pricing; returns within France are complimentary. Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday to the address on your order form. We will attempt delivery at least twice; responsibility for the parcel transfers to you upon successful delivery. You must inspect items within a reasonable period and notify us within 14 days if refusing them. If a parcel arrives open or damaged, refuse it or note the damage in writing and forward the report to us within 3 business days.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely via Stripe using SSL encryption. Your account is charged upon order confirmation; a VAT invoice is available upon request.

Product Returns

Unused items in original packaging may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery — no reason required. Personalised items are non-returnable. To initiate a return, email contact@LeoEtViolette.com with your order number, repack the item, attach the Colissimo label provided, and drop it at your nearest post office. Data Security and Privacy

Your personal data is encrypted via SSL before transmission. We use cookies to remember your preferences and basket contents. In accordance with French data protection law, you have the right to access, amend, and delete your personal data by contacting us at contact@LeoEtViolette.com or by post at LeoEtViolette, 12 rue Sainte Anne, 75001 Paris – France.

Warranty

Under Articles L217-4 to L217-11 of the Consumer Code, we provide a two-year statutory conformity guarantee from the date of delivery at no cost. If a defect is identified, notify us at contact@LeoEtViolette.com and return the item; we will repair or replace it and reimburse return shipping if non-conformity is confirmed. Under Article 1641 of the Civil Code, we are also liable for hidden defects; legal action must be initiated within two years of discovering the defect. LeoEtViolette© is not liable for improper use or incorrect items returned by the customer.

Pricing

All EEC prices are inclusive of VAT in euros; prices outside the EEC exclude tax. Prices may change at any time, but the price shown at the time of your order applies. Shipping costs are excluded for destinations outside France. For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes are your responsibility. EU business customers may reclaim VAT subject to applicable directives; Belgian and Luxembourg residents are charged their local VAT rate. Tax refund requests for in-store purchases (minimum €175 incl. tax) must be submitted with valid ID; allow 4–6 weeks for processing after Customs validation.

Right to Decline Orders

We reserve the right to cancel any order — including previously accepted ones — without liability, in cases such as: product unavailability, unverifiable payment, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or failed delivery. Any payment received will be refunded.
