Welcome to our FAQ, we are so glad to have you here and as a client. We have worked to address the most common questions. But if you have any other questions about the shop and brand, don't hesitate to contact us.

Shipments
What are the shipping times? Plus

Delivery times are displayed on the product page before purchase, in your cart and also in the order summary email.

All orders placed before 12:30 p.m. are sent the same day.

For others they will be shipped the next business day.
Ex: I order a product in France on Tuesday at 4 p.m., it will be shipped on Wednesday with delivery in 1 to 2 business days (thus Thursday or Friday).

Do you deliver worldwide? Plus

We ship everywhere in Europe and in a large portion of the world. In the EU, shipping costs are:
- €8 for small leather goods
- 12€ for bags and trainers.

For the rest of the world, the shipping costs are:
- €10 for the 'small leather goods' collection and
- €15 for the 'bags' and 'sneakers' collection. Shipping between 2 to 5 days.

Can I have it sent to a pick-up point? Plus

Yes, you can be delivered to a pick-up station by selecting DHL or Chronopost delivery. For this, once your order has been confirmed, you will be contacted by DHL/Chronopost who will offer you different shipping options. You can then choose the relay point of your choice, benefiting from the speed and quality of service from DHL/Chronopost.

We only offer the click & collect option; it is therefore not possible to have it sent to our shop. It is nevertheless possible to come and exchange/return your online order directly in our Parisian store.

Please note that pre-order products are not subject to the following options: shipping to a relay point by Chrono Relais.

Billing
Do you sell gift cards? Plus

Yes, we now offer the option of gift cards on the site or at the Showroom. We provide different gift card amounts credited at the time of purchase. The Léo et Violette gift card is valid on the site and in stores in Paris.

How do I use my gift card? Plus

The gift card can be redeemed on the site or in store. You will receive by email the confirmation of your order with access to a voucher code and a QR code.

Two options :
- You wish to place an order on the site: build your basket and at the time of checkout, enter the title of the code in the 'Gift card or promo code' section. The balance available on the card will be automatically deducted from the total.
- You wish to use the gift card in store: when you visit the Showroom in Paris, present the QR code received by email at checkout. You will then have, depending on the price difference, a credit on your gift card or a balance to be paid in addition.

What can I do with my gift card balance? Plus

If you bought a product for less than your gift card balance, the leftover balance will automatically be added back to your gift card. You still have 6 months after the date of purchase of the gift card to spend this balance on the site or in store.

Do you provide payment in installments? Plus

Yes. We provide payment in 3x or payment 30 days after your order. To do this, you will need to choose the KLARNA payment option when completing your order. This payment option is free of charge.

1. Your shipping email, if your order is going to be sent in multiple parts then your shipping email will only include some of the items you ordered, you will then get another shipping email. You will also receive multiple tracking numbers.

2. The receipt/invoice in the package, this will show the items you should have received in this parcel. If you have everything that is on the invoice the rest of your order will arrive separately.

3. If your order is arriving in multiple parcels then there will be a label on the package to let you know the order has been split.

Purchases
How can I follow my order? Plus

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with an online tracking number.

How long does it take to send my order? Plus

If the product is in stock: weekdays: 24 to 48 hours. During the weekend: the following Monday. If the product is not immediately in stock you will see a specific delivery date under the 'add to cart' button as well as in your cart.
